Heinekin - Heinekin Light; Same % volume of Alcohol?

A guy the other day told me that Light had less % alcohol volume. I said that would be hard for me to believe--but don't see it on any of their products.

No doubt light has less. It definatly takes more to get a good buzz too.

The calories are lower from artificial flavorings and so forth

It might contain less alcohol, indeed. I know nothing about brewing, but this is how I look at it. A martini has more calories than a shot of vodka, but they both have the same amount of alcohol.

I suppose if domestic light beer has less alcohol, then it would probably be the same for all beer.

Most ALL light beers have less alcohol than their regular counterpart,

For example, BUD LIGHT has about 4.3% alcohol and BUD has around 5.1%.
